Edradour distilled 'The Flight Club' Cask #163, a whisky symphony bottled on Jan 25th, 2021, is a rare delight. With an outturn of just 306 bottles, this Oloroso sherry cask creation is a true gem! From the first sip, caramel and butterscotch dance on the palate, followed by a subtle citrus twist and the warmth of maple syrup. Rich fruits and raisins amplify the experience, with a hint of sea salt adding a unique coastal touch. This delicious dram earns a perfect 5/5 – a fleeting pleasure as the bottle vanished within a week. Pure liquid poetry!
